Article Submission Workflow

For Contributors

1. Submit article using Simple Form → saves to Draft:Submissions/
2. Article is not published yet
3. Admins will review and enhance
4. You'll be notified when published

For Administrators

Step 1: Review Submission

• Check Project:Pending_Submissions
• Review content quality
• Check for copyright issues

Step 2: Enhance

• Add images if missing
• Format properly
• Add sidebars/highlights if appropriate
• Fix any naming issues

Step 3: Stage

• Move to Draft:Article/Title (still not public)
• Or use Enhanced Form to recreate with all fields

Step 4: Publish

• Move to main namespace (no prefix)
• Article is now public at abhiprayavedi.org/wiki/Title

Moving Pages

To move: Special:MovePage/Draft:Submissions/Article-Name

Target options:

• Draft:Article/Article-Name - For further editing
• Article-Name - Publish immediately
